We want you to be completely satisfied with your iconic Akubra purchase. If your hat doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat Carefully

  Place the hat in its original protective packaging and shipping box to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
